FIFA, who released the first ever FIFA Futsal Rankings for the national teams on the 6th of May 2024 have recognized a total of 139 nations in the rankings with Brazil ranked no.1 whilst Namibia are ranked rock bottom.
Portugal, Spain, IR Iran, Argentina, Morocco, Russia, Kazakhstan, Thailand, France completed the top 10.
Meanwhile in the Southern part of Asia, only 3 SAFF members have been recognized, Maldives, Nepal, India with Maldives on 110, Nepal on 121, and India on 135. Similarly, former SAFF member Afghanistan, are ranked 30th with 1138.02 points.
